About the Author

Markus Jasinski is an entrepreneur, author, hobby photographer and not least computer geek living and working in Rostock, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania at Germany’s Baltic Coast. The graduated scientist co-founded Visisoft, an IT service and software company known for its yalst LiveSupportTool, an indispensable communication and analysis tool for customer-orientated websites.
